There are two types can designed for gas oil fired boiler.One type is gas oil fired fire tube boiler and another is gas oil fired water tube boiler.Gas oil fired water tube boiler is a packaged boiler with double drums and D-type layout. It has lots of advantages such as sufficient burning, no pollution in the emission, convenient operation, easy installation etc.
Gas oil fired water tube boiler working principle
In gas oil fired water tube boiler, boiler feed water flows through the tubes and enters the boiler drum. The circulated water is heated by the combustion gases and converted into steam at the vapor space in the drum. These boilers are selected when the steam demand as well as steam pressure requirements are high as in the case of process cum power boiler.
Gas oil fired water tube boiler features
1.Gas oil fired water tube boiler is forced, induced and balanced draft provisions help to improve combustion efficiency.
2.D type Double Drum style with compact structure, less occupied area, good flame fullness which is better for low nitrogen combustion and low nitrogen emission.

7.The rear section of such boiler is equipped with flue gas condensing and recovery device which can effectively control exhaust gas temperature so that to improve boiler thermal efficiency.
8.Adopts high heat resistance material as adiabatic layer which brings a good thermal insulation property; the outer shell of the boiler adopts pressed guard board which makes the boiler looks delicate.
9.Adopts packaged structure; the whole boiler is fixed on the steel base with strong rigidity. Such structure provides convenience for installation and transportation.
